Reservations
Pre-booking your treatment is highly recommended so we can best accommodate your needs. We encourage our guests to book appointments in advance to ensure you receive your preferred treatment or therapist.
We welcome walk-in guests, based on availability.
You can call our spa to reserve your appointment or book online. Please have your gift voucher or credit card available at the time of making your booking. A 50% deposit will be required or your gift voucher number to secure your booking.
Arrival
Please arrive to your appointment at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Please understand if you arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced.
Cancellation policy
Our bills don’t get cancelled when you cancel last minute or do not show up. When you book an appointment with R&R, we are reserving this time for you. Scheduled appointments are very important to us as a small business and last-minute cancellations or no-shows have a major impact on us.
Please provide us with 48 hours notice if you need to alter, reschedule or cancel your appointment. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will forfeit their deposit and / or gift voucher and if you cancel on the day or do not show up to your appointment the full treatment amount will be charged.
48 hours notice is required for group bookings.
When you book with R&R, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy and fee.
Health considerations
Please advise at the time of your reservation if you have any medical conditions or taking a new medication since your last visit as some treatments may noy be suitable. In this case, we will be happy to make recommendations.
