R&R Bookings & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to Refresh & Rejuvenate Skin Spa Beauty, it has been reserved especially for you.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and our clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services.

Our appointments are reconfirmed with you via our text messaging service 48 hours in advance because we understand that sometimes an appointment made weeks or months in advance can sometimes slip our minds or maybe your circumstances have changed.

No Show Appointments

A no show appointment is simply when you do not show to your appointment.  Where 2 or more No Shows have occurred, you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit before your next appointment which will not be refunded but will be deducted from your balance on the day of your treatment. This will be forfeited if you are unable to attend without a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellation of your Appointment 

We understand that there can be unforeseen circumstances that arise and cancelling an appointment 24 hours in advance is sometimes not always possible,  however we do ask you to please give us a minimum of 24 – 48  hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment or you will be charged for the time reserved for you. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge at your next booking. 

Group Bookings or Treatment times over 60 minutes

For group treatments & experiences over 60 minutes, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking. Non-attendance or late cancellation will result in your deposit being forfeited. 48 hours’ notice is required for group bookings and treatments over 60 minutes.

Gift Vouchers

Please advise your therapist at the time of booking you will be using your gift voucher. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a 30% value off the gift voucher total. No show appointments will void the gift voucher.

Arrival

Please arrive to your appointment 10 minutes earlier to ensure maximum experience. Arriving late will reduce your treatment time and experience.
