How to Use:
Dampen skin with water, then apply a small amount of the Cleansing Milk (about a 10c size) into the hands and massage into the face and neck.
Rinse off with warm water or remove with a damp face cloth.

If wearing heavy makeup, a second cleanse may be necessary.
