Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is not of acceptable quality
  • Is unsafe
  • Does not match its description or images

2. Customer Change of Mind / Incorrect Choice Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or choose products in error.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note:
We reserve the right to decline change-of-mind returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products (unless faulty)
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards or promotional items

4. Adverse Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

As skincare products can affect individuals differently, we recommend consulting with one of our skincare professionals for a thorough skin diagnosis before purchasing skincare products.

  • We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivity unless the product is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law
  • If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional

ULTRACEUTICALS PRODUCTS
We recommend visiting one of our trained skincare professionals for a thorough skin diagnosis before purchasing and using products. If this is not convenient for you, please contact us to discuss.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We will cover return shipping costs for approved faulty items.

6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your return is received and inspected
