1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide)
We offer standard shipping across Australia:
- Flat rate: $15
- Estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days (depending on location). Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or regional factors.
3. Free Shipping Offer
We offer free standard shipping on all retail orders over $150 AUD (after discounts, before shipping).
- Automatically applied at checkout when eligible
- Available for Australian delivery addresses only
4. Click & Collect / Local Pickup (Free)
We offer free Click & Collect from our Refresh & Rejuvenate salon at Golden Grove.
- Select “Local pickup” at checkout
- You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup (usually within 1–2 business days)
- Please do not visit the salon until you receive your collection confirmation

Orders must be collected within 5 days of notification unless prior arrangements are made.
5. Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
6. Authority to Leave
By default, orders may be left in a safe place if deemed appropriate by the delivery driver. If you prefer a signature on delivery, please let us know at checkout in the Notes.
7. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
