Mums Survival - 90 minutes - $185

A treat just for mums. It’s not surprising that we sometimes forget about how important our job is as a mum and that sometimes we can get tired and are in desperate need of a little “Me” time to bring us back to life. R&R has your needs in mind… relax, renew and feel revived after you are spoilt with an indulging Back & Neck Massage followed by the R&R Glow Facial to target your concern. Enjoy a herbal tea while we reshape and polish your fingers and toes.

Pure Rejuvenation - 2 hours - $220

Close your eyes, take a deep breath and relax while we soothe your senses with an aromatic full body massage following our high-performance facial treatment to treat tired eyes and dull dehydrated skin.

R&R Indulgence - 3 hours - $350

Experience instant warmth while you retreat into our Infrared Sauna to soothe your muscles and ease the mind.

Your journey will begin with a full body exfoliation followed by a deeply nourishing body wrap. While you are resting, your therapist will perform R&Rs customised Bespoke Facial experience.

Once unwrapped you will drift further while we soothe aching muscles with a Hot Stone Massage and Hot Oil hair treatment.

To complete your ritual, your therapist will provide you with a warm herbal tea.

Prenatal Delight - 2 hours 15 minutes - $235

Allow your R&R therapist treat your tired feet with a Refreshing Pedicure followed by our soothing Pregnancy Massage to help ease areas of discomfort and leave you in a state of pure bliss.

Your journey extends to your face where you will enjoy a customised facial leaving your skin feeling bright, firm and rejuvenated. Enjoy your time further a warm herbal tea.

Spa Escape - 5 hours - $479

Relax in comfort and allow us to provide you with the ultimate full body experience to refresh and rejuvenate.

This escape includes time to unwind in our infrared sauna and shower. Following this you will enjoy R&R’s Massage Ritual and our Ageless Beauty Facial addressing tired and stressed skin. Then indulge with a champagne lunch followed by our Hand and Foot Ritual. Your journey will conclude with warm herbal tea.
