• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless faulty.

We do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used products (unless defective)
• Gift cards or promotional items

We recommend visiting one of our trained skincare professionals for a thorough skin diagnosis before purchasing and using products. If this is not convenient for you, please contact us to discuss.

8. Appointments (if applicable)

If booking salon services online:

• Appointments require a deposit or full payment in advance.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Bookings cancelled within 24 hours or no-shows will result in forfeited deposits and / or gift certificate/s and the full treatment amount will be charged.

9. Intellectual Property
